Party Rentals

The Quakertown Train Station waiting room is available for rent daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Reservations are required and some dates may be blacked out due to holidays or municipal events.  

general Information

  • Room size: 21′ x 38′
  • Seating for 60 persons
  • Separate men’s & women’s restrooms
  • Handicapped accessible
  • No kitchen; caterers available or bring your own food
  • WiFi on site
  • Use of off street parking lot, waiting room, auxiliary room
  • Tables and padded folding chairs available, no additional charge
  • No tape on walls
  • No trespassing on the Railroad
  • The facility will be available for set up and clean up 1 hour prior to and 1/2 hour after your event – at no additional charge
  • Payments must be Cash or Check

Rental Fees

B.Y.O.B.  (BEER / WINE) :

Three hour rental $400.00 

  • $100.00 due at booking (non-refundable)
  • $300.00 due 7 days prior to rental date
  • Maximum rental three (3) hours
  • Certificate of host liquor liability coverage required


NON-ALCOHOL:

Three hour rental $310.00

  • $60.00 due at booking (non-refundable)
  • $250.00 due 7 days prior to rental date
  • Additional time $60.00 per hour
